2. The Web Portal is hosted on the servers of the Developers.
3. By submitting the "Membership Form" and creating an account on this "Web Portal", you are giving the Developers and the Association an irrevocable permission to publish and analyze your submitted data on this Web Portal.
4. If your data was already published on this Web Portal without your knowledge or consent; or if you no longer want your data be available on this Web Portal, kindly write to hello@shakunsoft.com to get it removed from this Web Portal.
5. The Developers don’t guarantee the accuracy of the data submitted on this Web Portal by Association or the users creating account on this Web Portal (the "Unit Members").

The Develoeprs hold the right to remove/stop any obscene/illegal content/activity submitted by the Unit Members of this Web Portal violating with any one or more sections of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (the Sections 65, 66, 66B, 66C, 66D, 66E, 66F, 67, 67A, 67B, 67C, 68, 69, 70, 71) without any permission or consent of the Unit Members or the Association. Moreover, such content/activities will immediately be reported to Cyber Crime Department, Ministry of Home Affairs, India.
